NEXapp is the dedicated application for the NEX program, enabling users to track essential store information via their mobile devices in real time. To utilize NEXapp, users must have the NEX program installed on a PC and subscribe to either the Premium or PRO plan.
Understanding the demanding nature of retail operations, NEXapp offers an intuitive timeline display of the key events in your store. This functionality allows users to receive immediate notifications on their mobile devices for various activities, including sales, cash register openings and closings, quotes, returns, and low stock alerts. Consequently, you remain informed regardless of your location.
Upon accessing NEXapp, users are presented with a comprehensive financial overview of their sales. This includes detailed insights into sales volume, revenue, and average ticket prices categorized by hour, day, month, and year—complete with visually appealing graphs. Access to same-day sales data ensures that store owners are always up-to-date with current performance metrics without needing to be physically present.
NEXapp significantly simplifies inventory management. Imagine having all the relevant product information readily accessible on your mobile device or personal computer in real time. One of the most recent features introduced is the Product List functionality. This feature enables users to list and search for products, check stock levels, access supplier contact information, determine cost and sale values, and analyze statistical data through sales graphs for each product.
Moreover, NEXapp allows users to monitor multiple stores simultaneously without the need to switch login credentials. By registering stores that utilize the NEX program, users can access all available information within NEXapp for each store—either collectively or individually. For instance, in the Statistics section, users can view total revenue across all stores or filter data by a specific location with a simple click. The same applies to the Timeline, Sales List, and Product List views; you can evaluate all stores together or focus on individual performances as desired.
